MISION

Institute Zhuangzi is an academic institution oriented to promote research related with Asia and freedom. Zhuangzi Insitute has a strong influence of Taoism and Austrian School of Economics.

We consider that freedom is one of the most important aspects of life and that the more leeway for the individual the more thriveness and harmony for the whole society.

However, according to Taoism, we do not believe in the use of force or control. According to Wu Wei -無為- principle (or innaction principle), we welcome a wide-range of academic researches from different perspectives and different ideologies.

This flexibility is reflected in our functioning, mainly based on online seminars from different perspectives and with a strong emphasis in debate and discussion.

Javier Caramés, Máster en Lengua y literatura china y Antonio Vegas, Máster en finanzas, unidos por el entusiasmo y la pasión por la historia, filosofía, cultura y economía de China, deciden en Julio de 2016 la creación de Chinacerca, una organización dedicada a ofrecer una amplia gama contenidos sobre la civilización China, con el objeto de acercar la civilización oriental y occidental.

Ambos autores cuentan con investigaciones sobre China y han impartido conferencias sobre filosofía y economía de China.
